DH has been an enormous fan of Gilette Fusion since they came out, and has used them faithfully since. He has very coarse facial hair, and could honestly do with shaving twice a day! Even with this a Fusion blade lasts him over a week, so we keep the cost down using coupons.

Still..seeing the Life Brand version was a treat - we got the handle and two cartridges set for $10.99, and a pack of four refills is $10.99. I can usually find Fusion four packs for around $11.99 on an awesome sale, but everyday low prices are great too! I imagine they'll go to about $7.99 on sale!

Anyway these, according to incredibly fussy dh are totally comparable to Fusion blades - they're performing just aswell and lasting the same length of time!

Do the blades fit the Fusion handle? It's a shame to toss the handles from the fusions we've acquired and treat the thing like a disposable razor.
