No shopping today cos don't fancy being on the road with the snow, the wind ...and all those who don'T yet have their winter tires on!!

I hear ya there. I have not been out yet and I do have to get some food shopping done.I have no other time this week to do it so I hope it stops or slows down by the time I venture out.

After lurking on the forum for months, I finally joined and wanted to say hello to everybody else in Ottawa!

I also wanted to mention where I've been finding good coupons lately for anyone on the hunt, or for those lurking future members like me who are just learning where to look in Ottawa.

I live downtown and find the occasional manufacturer's coupon at Hartman's Independent. Of course, the store has the coupon board as well.

I work in Gloucester and have a much better time loading up there. The Loblaws in the Gloucester Centre usually has some goodies. They have lots right now (or did at least yesterday) so if you're in the area and have a few minutes to spare, there's some good coupon shopping to be had!

Also, last weekend I was in 4 different Shoppers Drug Marts (2 in South end and 2 downtown) and all 4 had LOADS. Dove, Cascade, Old Spice, L'Oreal, Noxzema, Degree, Schick, a few different hair dye ones, etc.
