    Got my first issue of loulou from the vip-spc offer but the card has not come .... anyone know when to expect it?

    I called and canceled my subscribtion since they cannot fulfill their commitment (sending out the VIP SPC upon receipt of payment). When I told the Rep the reason of the cancellation, she's silent and just went ahead to do the cancellation. I guess they've got a lot of cancellation lately due to this problem.

    I posted this in the other section as well. I called LouLou Customer Service today and was told that they are sold out of the cards until September and have not had any since June. So when they advertised the special they knew they would not have them in stock. She told me to call in September to verify that it has been mailed to me so I don't get missed when they are sending them out?!!!

    what the crap???? i am so calling to cancel monday then, i purposely didnt order a student spc because of the VIP offer, well i guess im going back to the old spc site

    If you are a student, why not consider getting the spc mastercard. You don't need to pay for it and you don't need to renew it either. Also, no student id require to use it

    I called them today to cancel as soon as I heard the news that the card will not be available until September (and it's still not guaranteed, you'll have to call in to check- way too much hassle), they work on Saturday. I don't know if they work on Sunday or not. But here's the toll-free: 1-877-568-5688.

    :D Don't worry I'm studying at UQAM(french university in Montreal). I thought they we're like 20$-30$ so 8.50$ is a pretty good deal!!! It's cheaper than my university's coop card=25$...lol

    my sisters came in the mail friday, didnt come with any coupons this year (just the 10.00 off coupon we chose)
