Prize:

Participants are eligible to win one (1) Prize (the “Prize”) consisting of:

(a) one (1) Contiki European Holiday Package for two (2) persons, having an approximate
retail value of $8,000 and including:

• return airfare from Major Canadian City ( Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Regina,
Winnipeg, Toronto, Montreal, Halifax) to a European city as determined by Contiki and
aligned with The Black Eyed Peas 2010 concert schedule (the “Destination”);
• four (4) nights accommodation (double occupancy);
• Continental breakfast for two daily, for the duration of the stay;

(b) two (2) tickets, having an approximate retail value of $200, to attend one Black Eyed Peas
Live Concert in Destination;
