I know at my job, years back we went from voice dispatch to a computer program, and our in-house computer tech said "it's going live today". A week later, there were STILL interface issues. A month later, we had an unstable system that crashed every 15 minutes. 3 months later, all the bugs were hammered out & we've had a stable system ever since.
The moral of my story is this:
Computers don't always co-operate, the techs can't always foresee every issue that crops up, and patience really IS a virtue.

Cashback works fine, just no one will see their tally tick up. If the order has been placed recently, it normally wouldn't show up until when it is processed much later anyway.

Boo has been putting in some serious time to get this fixed.

I'm very very close to fixing this!
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!

Everyone should be seeing their transactions within a couple of days! :-)

Would be nice to up and running soon, finishing off christmas shopping with quick a few items on line.

Id totally appreciate it if people stopped emailing me really mad lol! Regular Sc'ers know Im not working on cashback anymore but some don't and I don't deserve some of the nasty notes lol.
