Service Updates and ChangesAs many of you have noticed, iRazoo has been inconsistent with its reward releases over the past two months. From our acquisition of both iRazoo and SideMoney, we have been releasing rewards weekly for members in good standing, and so it has created a lot of anger and confusion that rewards have been late recently. Over the past 18 months, iRazoo and SideMoney have begun to lose money. We analyzed our data to figure out why, and we discovered that a few of our biggest partners were costing us money because we were giving away too many points. We tried working with those partners to adjust our earnings so we didn’t have to change the release pace of rewards or the point earnings for our most popular partner activities. Unfortunately, after another six month period of solid losses, we have been forced to implement some changes to both our Games and P2Sample survey payouts as they have been the loss leaders over that time period. Starting immediately, games will now grant 1 point for an attempt, and 1 point for each additional minute played to a maximum of 5 minutes for all regions while P2Sample surveys have been adjusted down from 450 to 250 per successful survey. Please keep in mind, at iRazoo and SideMoney, our business model has always been an even split with our members. By adjusting these two activites, we return them to this 50/50 revenue split. Additionally, until we can begin recovering revenues to pay our staff and services, member rewards will all be following PayPal in that they may be subject to a 30 - 45 day processing time while we work to get iRazoo and SideMoney back on track for weekly releases. This change will follow a first in, first out system. Oldest rewards that have been approved will be paid first, until such time as all rewards have been paid out. We apologize for the suddenness of this announcement, and hope to reverse these changes as our revenues increase in the coming months. It is our sincere belief that these adjustments may only be needed for a matter of weeks, what with the holidays coming, but it may stretch into the New Year. We apologize for the extra delay on your earned rewards, and appreciate your understanding as we work to keep iRazoo and SideMoney stable and growing for years to come.
