Reputation Made Easier!

Reputation power was very weak and people were finding it hard to get new stars and hearts so I've tweaked the system a bit :-)

You now get 1 reputation power point for every 10 posts you make! This means that it's much much easier to build reputation power and hence easier to give people more reputation.

Still don't understand what it takes to get hearts though.
