I just finished trying to convince my DH to go out for supper (this would be his first meal of the day - fasting for Ramadan) but he'd rather stay home and have some home cooking.

oh my goodness it is sure windy out there! it says gusting to 55 on weather but that was at 5pm and it has gotten windy since then. Trying to tie stuff down! lol we are supposed to get quite a storm tonight possibly.

So I may not even be able to see the moon-sorry Shaman. Looks like I might have a light show of a different kind possibly! and sound effects. actually been a little while since we had a thunder boomer so I guess it is time for another one.

hmm just got real calm there for a couple minutes-wish it had done that while I was staking up some plants! I am feeling rather wind blown now from being outside.

We're back home. Quincy cat did as well as he could. He got to meet some new people - did an almost headstand, with his nose in the purse & his tail end sticking straight up. :P He finally stuck his head out so folks could see his pretty eyes. Then he started to purr - must have been the compliments adding to his vanity. :lolsign:

We love all the big stuff, but the art was never really "us" ... and we've just found a piece (well, 3 actually) that we both freaked out when we saw. And really, we're taking the color inspiration from the art we're replacing...:lolsign:
