Silly dog is not impressed with the ground still being wet from the nasty little rainstorm we had earlier. I see a 5am outing in my near future.

Goodnight, Patty - I agree, it's seemed very long. I've been up since 3 a.m., and tried to have an hour nap this afternoon, but ended up just listening to a talk show... It's coming 9, and I'll head to bed soon to read.

I see that the lovely & elegant HeartGirl started a thread just for me. I am going to read it straight away, after I have a box of tissues handy.

I am on the mend. Moving very slowly & more than a bit uncomfortable, but I am home, on my computer for the first time in days........(it only seems like weeks ! )

You know I never would have dreamed that when I joined this thread that I would be sitting here with tears streaming down my cheeks because of the kindness & dearness of people who I consider to be valued members of our 'Team' here.

The surgeon said he felt all was well & I know that all will be well....The Dance of Life Goes On for Slow-Poke-Loocie.
