Vee - It's been a pattern lately of getting up at around 3 or 3:30 - mentioned it to my older sisters and two of them said they had the same thing happen to them around this age - GAH! One of the sisters stayed up, the other could go back to sleep. I can't get back to sleep, even though I've only had about four hours of sleep. And going to sleep earlier doesn't help either!
I've had insomnia from when I was a teen - it used to be I couldn't fall asleep through my 20s, but would at least sleep six hours - and never napped, even when my son was a baby. Then when I hit my 40s things changed and I could fall asleep, but not stay asleep. OY! The only good thing is that sometimes I can nap in the afternoon for an hour - which is totally new for me!
Wow just went through all my coupons, lots of September 30th ones. Ah, no I have not thrown them out yet!

A young man(36) who grew up in our area lived in PA,USA where he owned a Tim Horton's.His wife came home to find him collapsed on the floor of a massive stroke.Tim Horton's sent there company jet to Cape Breton to fly his parent and sister to the states so they could be with him in the hospital.Unfortunately the man died but what a class act for Tim's to do that for there store owner family in there time of need.
