Back from taking my Mom out for her b-day. The chocolate martinis were yummy...so I've been told. :)

Yrs ago, I went out to dinner with my then bf & some of my coworkers. After dinner, my coworker suggested we go somewhere else for dessert. I was expecting cheesecakes & sorbets, instead it was a martini bar with 250+ types of martinis. I cried when the place closed down - I've never been able to find anyone else who can make an "After Eight" (tasted exactly like the chocolate). :bawling:
I did tell my Mom that when the critters & I go spend New Year's with them, we'll have a martini night & try to recreate the chocolate concoction. She's looking forward to it (so am I!). :)
Too bad the liquor store doesn't have Boxing Day sales. :P
