I guess the other night when it was storming during the night, my son came into our room twice - once to close the window, then later to open it again - I didn't know he had come in.
He said I was snoring 'softly' both times, not my louder snore, lol!

Well that was weird!!!

Hubby and I went out to dinner last evening, came home had coffee, put a DVD on, and by midnight we were tucked safely into bed. Or so we thought....minutes later his ALARM clock went off!!! It's always set to about 6:30am so that he can get to the golf course, so why in the world did it go off at just after midnight...to a song about "I love you"...some country song...naturally it didn't go off at all in the morning...He kept pushing buttons on the thing and it would not turn off until it was good and ready!
Minutes later, Jenny, in bed beside, me, let out some low growls and I said, "Jenny, stop spooking me, I'm spooked enough.", and hubby chuckled...so what's up with that?!! It would not turn off!!

I left the brats some snacks, of course Lily dog`s dish was polished clean. Quincy cat had left a few crumbs behind, so I discretely called Lily over to lick his dish clean. What does the brat do? She takes the dish & puts it down beside the cat to lick clean. Quincy was not impressed.

Why is it whenever I go to bed late, someone always decides we must go for a wander in the middle of the night. Needless to say, I've been up since 4. Today will involve many many naps.

I was going to post a before & after pic, but what would be the point?
Sometimes we must indulge in summer treats & to ourselves we shall anoint,
Raspberry Swirl in a sugar cone that contained the perfect blend of tang,
One should always consume real ice cream & enjoy it with a bang,
I thinking of opening up an ice cream stand at the end of my front drive,
& you can even season it with a sprig of mint or maybe a sprinkle of chives,

& I'm hopeful Loocie's curbside ice cream cones will offer curb appeal.
