As encouragement, I should tell you Willy has lost over 50 pounds since May just by cutting down his portions (he's eating exactly the same stuff, just less of it).

Oh, and beer is gone.

oh last night I was walking outside and scared a flock of birds who also scared the heck out of me when they got scared and all flew away! One of those moments your heart just feels like it's going a mile a minute! Then I was walking back and thinking I should have had my camera and my dad came around the corner and scared me again! what a night!

My kitteh has found a new spot on my newly bought sewing kit case. The top part is already covered in hairs
