Car is finally in the shop, waiting for it to unthaw, and the phone call for us to pick it up. I'm buying my car a balanket.

Annoyed...when they say "follow up with your Dr in a week at the clinic"...what they really mean is "follow up with your Dr in a month or so...because thats the soonest you'll be able to get in to see him, sucka!"
