Oh yes and here's the kicker, French Quebecers are NOT allowed to send their kids to english schools. Many don't even realize it untul they are told they can't ge the certificate of eligibility.
More and more parents are peeved about this because all the english schools have a bilingual curriculum and they want that too but nope.

yea its stupid, the stupid french "lanuage poice et al" are worried they would lose there identity or some bs, if they let people decide what school they want to go to. immigrants are also forced to go to french school. its really stupid. right now they are finding loop holes, at 16 you can switch to adult ed, which is English with no need for those papers.
