I would have to disagree but then again I live in Quebec where you are only welcome if you speak the language. We have laws here that are in place for the sole purpose of eliminating the english language from the province. It's as simple as that. Cultural genocide. It may take them 50 years from the time it was put into place in 1976 but it will eventually work.

Don't get me started on being an anglo in Quebec. LOL
