I am so glad Thunder Bay is one of the few cities that still has a city run telephone company. When I lived in Kingston, dealing with Bell was a nightmare.
it will go against all the laws of the universe if this day gets any worse for me
eh I deal with both Bell and Rogers...never really had any problems...I find them to be wonderful!
depends who you get really, some are excellent, others are morons, same thing with everything really.
I actually hate everyone so when a company actually does something right I am pleasently surprised.
I wanted 3 simple things done.
1. put back the $10 credit I am supposed to be getting every month for the duration of my 24 month contract which has 17 months to go(less if they get stupid)
2. Spell my name right on the bill it's simple Smyth not Smith
3. I want my bill in english NOT french(actually I can read french perfectly it's the principle, I had a choice I chose english)
I asked for these things to be done right from the beginning but some people just don't get it!

yeah seems like some idiot was on the job with all those issues
some reps just don't get it. try the "customer retention" rout next time. and say the above things and you are thinking of switching to acn. i'm sure it will get fixed asap :-)Quote:

So I hayed the lawn, spread 10 bags of cedar mulch in the big center garden and inhaled deeply. Nothing like the smell of cedar mulch.
