usually, you can order the same coupon every 7 days
as for keeping track of the one i order, i must say that i don't
sometimes, i am surprise of what i get....even coupons that i can't recall
ordering them

i find , it's a good idea to make a kinda book keeping of the coupons we order
as for the trade and the saving.....
well, it's becoming i full time job

i wonder how people do this....tips and tricks on how to do it fast would be greatly appreciated ....

Not sure if anyone mentioned this yet or not, but the new Save.ca coupon for Guardian cereal.... Wal-mart just lowered its price from $5.99 to $2.97. So if you can find a location that will accept your coupon you'd pay only $1.50 for a box.
