Just back from holidays... I sure hope this is not true!! I have been busy organizing all my coupons for a good dose of LD shopping!! I had been keeping up on another forum just before I left on holidays, and it was mentioning that the printables (the lastest SCJohnson ones, to be exact) and it was debating the whether it was OK to print off more than one of each coupon and that some stores were not getting reimbursed for the resized coupons and that was why they were no longer accepting printables.....do you think that could have something to do with it?!

I just came back from LD. Same thing.. phoned the store manager and said that they will only take up to $2 off with a printable coupon (wanted to use the $5 off Motrin). I asked 'why'? she answered that some of the coupons are not legit and they can't take the chance of losing money. I sorta understand if they are not getting reimbursed for that coupon.
I think the companies that are giving us the printables should be made aware of the problems people are having with them, and that perhaps they need to look at other alternatives (save.ca).

I was informed tonight by dave, who is the store manager that we can only take up to 2 dollars on printable coupons. I just had some come through tonight earlier but I was closing with him and he told me today that we cant take coupons that have no expiry date unless it states "this coupon does not expire" because a few do. and that we cant give more then 2 dollars off on a printable internet coupon. Sorry

I don't understand, they send the coupons to the manufacturer and get the money back in reclaim... why would they turn down money? The lady with the 3.00 coupon... you gave them a $2.00 upsell!

the LD in Richmond let me use a few $2 printables, and the glade candle FPC, is this a local thing or will every LD be doing this?

Really? They told me they don't take printable coupons for a long long time already. And I stop using printable coupons since then.

I used those printables back in september, I stopped using them when there was the issue of them not being legit when printed off this site. So it's been a while since I've used any printables in general, I don't know what their policy is now
