Are you trying to sell or buy? There are probably dozens but pretty much all of them are so small that sellers don't want to participate because they think they'll be ripped off. Therefor, you will find very limited selection and the common use of reserve price or high starting bid.

im looking to use my paypal dollars..so mostly buy..:)

Otherwise, if you want to use up your paypal dollars, there are some websites that offer paypal as a payment option. You can go to the paypal website to shop from there.
