a. Grand Prize. There will be one (1) grand prize ("Grand Prize") awarded to the Grand Prize Winner ("Grand Prize Winner") consisting of: (i) return airfare for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest ("Guest") to Las Vegas, Nevada departing on Friday, July 13, 2007 from a major Canadian gateway located closest to the winner’s Canadian residence, and returning to that same airport on Monday, July 16, 2007; (ii) three (3) nights accommodation (July 13-16, 2007) for Grand Prize Winner and Guest at a luxury hotel to be determined by the Sponsors in their sole discretion; (iii) two (2) tickets to see Michael Bublé Las Vegas with an exclusive meet and greet; (iv) two (2) autographed copies of Michael Bublé’s new CD "Call Me Irresponsible"; and (v) $500 Canadian spending money. Grand Prize has an approximate retail value of Three Thousand dollars Canadian (CDN $3,000.00). Actual value of Grand Prize will depend on departure city. Winner is not entitled to monetary difference between actual prize value and stated approximate prize value, if any. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must be available to travel between July 13 and 16, 2007 and have valid passports based on the new US travel requirements. Should Grand Prize Winner and/or Guest be unable to travel on the dates and times designated by Sponsors, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Grand Prize Winner and Guest will be responsible for: transportation to and from originating airport; travel to and from the hotel; travel and medical insurance; travel documentation; airport improvement fees; taxes; gratuities; telephone calls; in-room charges; and any other expense not specifically described as included in the Grand Prize.
