Ok, I moved here 6 years ago from Alberta. There, I could find coupons everywhere on the shelves of the different grocery and drug stores. Now I am in Thompson, Manitoba, and I am lucky if I find 1 coupon a week. I get all my coupons now from trades or the web.

Wow, I moved to Winnipeg June 2004 from a small town called Hartland, New Brunswick. Coupons are hard to find in a small town. My family has always used them but due to them being so scare we'd use like 1 or 2 on a shopping trip (about 5 or so coupons a month). Hopefully we will be able to guide and help each other out. I am new to this site as well as really trying to use coupons to really save some money. Nice meeting you.

I'm not sure where the coupons are, as my small town has about 3 or 4 coupons per year to offer the shoppers. But it's good that we Manitoban couponners can post here, and maybe even trade coupons in less time than out-of-province trades.
