Coupon Inserts in area newspapers

    I know this group is for the Comox Valley but I thought it wouldn't hurt to know this information for when travelling around the mid-island region. I was wondering if anyone can tell me which newspapers carry the SmartSource, Red Plum, Brandsaver inserts for the following communities:

    * Nanaimo
    * Port Alberni
    * Parksville/Qualicum Beach
    ~ The Oceanside Star
    ~ The Parksville/Qualicum News
    * Duncan
    * Courtenay/Comox

    Perhaps if people added in their newspaper this could be a good resource list for those in the mid-Island region. (It would also be handy to know if it is a free or pay newspaper.)

    I've also posted this in the "Nanaimo" category so if I see any additions there then i will make sure to update it here too!
