Oh my gosh! Kaimui, that's terrible! How can they get away with treating their customers like that? I would seriously write an email to their Head Office and to the Store Manager! That usually straightens the staff out pretty quick.

My tip is to always go to the customer service desk. At my LD, there is usually only one cashier open so I go to the CSD so I don't hold up the regular line. They actually prefer that I do this. And I've NEVER gotten attitude from anyone...I'm lucky to have a great LD! that's for sure!

kaimu, are you able to get to a different LD? Some LD's are MUCH better and nicer than others! If you're able to get to another LD, I'd do that instead. There are some very nice CS people out there that will be excited about your deals and commend your smart shopping!

Actually I've written at least twice to Head Office and three times to the Manager of the store that I've been having trouble with. The response from head office is that they'll forward my email to the appropriate department (manager of the store) but Head Office does not do anything to ensure that the manager gets back to me. As for the manager, she told me to call her, so I did and she said she'll follow up by email. After 2 weeks, I emailed her again since I never got a response and she just forwarded me a standard LD coupon-stacking policy and that's it. I asked her about that particular staff and she didn't reply my emails anymore.

kaimui22, which LD is the one you're referring to? I cannot believe how terrible they've treated you, that's definitely not right!!!

Hey everyone, this maybe a stupid question but does LD let you use more than 1 Ensure cheque per item? I'm assuming they do but I'd like to double check before I do this.

What's everyone stackng lately? I am soooo overstocked on Febreeze. Does anyone's LD have the Christmas Luminaires? I would like a few of those.

Thank you for letting me join the group! I have been stacking since I joined SC. I had contacted JoJos before to get some insight on how to stack and what I can stack, etc. I started out shy and had a few cranky people but now (After dealing with me for the past 4 months) the staff has warmed up to me and are courteous and accommodating. There are sometimes a few random comments but I never buy in bulk, or get greedy. I did purchase 2 of the crest white strip packs for only .99 each after coupons but left one on the shelf. I am very interested in this group as I am worried LD may stop stacking if it is abused. I remember reading in one of the posts (not to point fingers or sound negative) re: another SC member who (not at LD) but at RCSS printed over 20 coupons and demanded the deals. It really worries me when people do this type of thing. I don't want to say anything negative or upset anyone but it could hurt us all. When I found out about the possibility that printables were in question I stopped using them. Unless they are direct from living well, sc johnson or something of that nature I am truly worried to be labeled as a "bad couponer" and won't use them. I was recently told by the mgr at LD that we can only use printables up to $2 (I am ok with that) but because the Tylenol back one was for $3 couldn't use it. I wrote to Tylenol and asked for a regular coupon and told them most stores in my area don't take printables (Save on has banned them and LD only takes under $2).
