LOL. I actually don't LOVE love Sephora. They are ok. Still, I LOVE makeup, so this is good.

Well, you could have called the group "I kinda like Sephora" Or "I have a love-hate relationship with Sephora!" LOL I do like Sephora -- have only shopped it in the US -- great return policy and very generous with samples. I know I have left with more than 3 samples a couple of times This was years ago though.
I love Sephora for their samples !!!!! !! I think anytime someone gets a cool sample from there, or gets to redeem future coupons for free samples, they should post here and tell us how they like it /what it looks like/if its worth it..

I only shop at Sephora if there is some kind of a promo going on, otherwise, their prices are the same as every store. Years ago, when I could only shop at Sephora in the States, I don't remember there being as many special deals as there are now. Must be a sign of the economy. Their sampling program is great. They are way more generous with the samples in the States. One time, when the Vancouver store first opened, I asked for a sample of Make Up Forever's concealer in two different shades so that I can try before I buy. She put literally a dot of each into a container. That should take care of 1/8 of one of my undereye bags. Thanks so much!
I do love their great return policy, I was there today to return the Shiseido eyelash curler that just didn't work for me, and check out if there was 50% off CARGO stuff left that I wanted. Oh yeah, and picked up their newly available birthday gift as well! Yes, it is definitely a love-hate relationship with Sephora. The one in Square One has been in shambles since the holidays, so many things out of stock, or samples are missing. Actually, they were totally understaffed it seemed as well, as I couldn't find associates to get me some samples.
I love Sephora,especially their return policy. Before they opened in Edmonton, I would save my money and shop when I went to Vegas. I love the Sephora there!
I love the Sephora in Vegas, Terry. Did you go to the one by Planet Hollywood? The SAs were so nice and friendly, unlike some of the ones here in my hometown. I also received awesome service at the one in Reno. I wonder if it's something to do with the dry Nevada air...
