lol!! eat and never burp! yes it is like hitting my head against a wall, prices we have no say about.
I emailed my Councillor last night about it, we'll see what he says. About the paying for this it gets added to our water/waste bill that comes every 4 months. (it's all in the fine print!! ha ha ) If I remember correctly it has been about 5 years now. So sad that my small bin is no longer free, but I have to wonder about people filling up an extra large bin with their household waste and placing that out for pickup every 2 weeks, they will now be paying $340.00 a year for that luxury! Only I am retired ( not DH ) so I am not expecting much sympathy or a discount on that. You know it is not really the amount that I am being charged that has me bothered, it is the fact that they made a huge issue out of trying to get us all to reduce our garbage ( by green food bin and recycling ) and our family DID that really well. But it made no difference, we still get punished with a fee. Same as hydro, we used most of ours in off peak hours to save and then they raised the rates anyway. ha
ol, I never knew how to use this. I didn't ignore your message, first time I am seeing it. Sorry. If I recall it was the beginning of the digital ones. For food and snacks on a spend so much get 18500 immediately. It also redeemed the digital offer and awarded later. I am guessing it may work when it is an in store flyer offer for points that has nothing to do with combining digital offers. Hope that helps.
18500 immediately in store for spending so much and the 8000 digital offer for $30 on food and snacks redeemed and worked.
you know when I was first stockpiling DD shaving creams ( few years back now ) P & G had some truly awesome coupons that made everything FREE!! So you know how much it pains me to even have to pay $2.00 a can for it now? ha ha I know other brands are even pricier than Satin Care, but I think regular price is always a little over $3.00 a can. Oh and today I found out my recycle garbage bin is NO longer free from the City!! ( I made a thread in the rants about it, grrrr! )
Hey Amira..no not me. I was the one surprised i was getting points that i did not expect i should have ;-) Did have a problem today not getting points that i shoyld have, but called up and they agreed to fix it.
Yes, I miss Target, I've gotten a few great deals at Walmart recently (can you say Pledge floor care, my floors now shine!) but Target you were pretty well guaranteed to get an amazing deal if you just looked ... and waited it out. And it was a much happier place!
Obviously you are pro-active in continually working positively on yourself and your family and this is what will keep you strong. Far too often, people wait til there's a Big problem and it's much more difficult to fix. Your little boy might enjoy theses children's videos that teach little life's lessons. They're quite popular with the kids. This one's on saying please and thank-you. http://www.jw.org/en/bible-teachings...ase-thank-you/
Thanks Amira. Wasn't my best illustration ever, but it still works. What a Cutie in the pic you have there!!
yeah, sideways reading really strains the neck, ha ha . Glad I could assist!
If it wasn't for this group I wouldn't of known...that and my shoppers redemption great shopping wknd all around! thank you for the rep
I know, all is right with my world! Enjoy your weekend!
For the rep
LOL that is why I private messaged you, I didn't want to post in public.....It was just one of my smaller coupons 2500 pts wub l'oreal lipstick.....I agree with you, I am positive the bigger ones won't work. I am sure this will be a shortlived treat, as soon as they discontinue email offers, it will be over
I just returned from SDM and in case you were wondering, YES it worked....I used the printable on my first shop, then loaded and used it again today.....so now, I am hoping for some great ones this weekend, maybe split my redemption into two smaller ones and double dip on offers, if it is worth losing 5k in points .... decisions decisions LOL
LOL we are supposed to buy groceries???!!! hehehe I may try a couple offers when I go out for groceries, not that I need anything, but to satisfy my curiousity
Have you seen anyone have success with using printed offers then loading them and using them again???
i posted a scan of the 2 smartsource coupons you wanted to know the expiry dates on.
I am old school when it comes to floors, I have always preferred to be down to eye level where the dirt is so I can scrape and fight it off with my finger nails and these wipes. It is silly , I know but it is just the way I have always done it. That's the reason why I DON'T clean them all that often! ( ha ha ha ) With the 4 pets it is more about the hair that collects daily than the actual dirt on them that drives me insane. Calgary is out of the hockey playoffs as of last night and Montreal is still hanging on by a thread! So much for a Canadian team taking the Stanley Cup this year!
I ask myself that question every time Scrubbing Bubbles, Glade or Pledge does this?? How do they keep their profits by doing this? It is a mystery and also if you look at the ridiculously high price for a 946 ml size bottle of that floor cleaner that is crazy! I never buy any ( well not that brand ) but now it will be tougher to ever have to pay it. You know what I like to use on my kitchen floor? ( it is tiles ) I use wipes!! ( Lysol or Clorox ) They are so cheap ( deals, pm and coupons ) and they clean amazingly, but I do have to be on my hands and knees to do the floor, so that part sucks. Soon it is dog walking hour for me, enjoy the rest of the w/e!!
hello!! can you believe my good luck? The Pledge floor cleaners are all gone now, I got approved for the 2nd one just before they were gone!
thats ok im only after his SDM points
LOL yes...if you are 31, you can totally get away with it!!! I am 48 (UGH) and just started wearing makeup again the last 6 months...definitely not using the same products I used when I was your age
Was curious....I am always hunting for matte palettes....quite often, I end up having to cross the border and go to ulta to get what am I looking for :D I have 4 beauty boutiques here in the city, but not one of them have the UD counter I am actually on the fence with the naked palettes, there are usually only 3 or 4 shades in the palettes that I can use, I adore the colours in the Naked 3, but just too much shimmer for my age
LOL never be sorry because I type slow!!! I just learned about the reps....it took me a while the other day to find out where they were going and how to do them
Hi amira! So glad you got them. As it wasn't listed on your receipt I was very surprised to see you got them. However, after seeing your post, I checked my account and I also received my Wednesday offer as well (16k wus $60). I didn't spend $60 only $4.49 plus a $50 gift card and hadn't loaded the 16k offer. I bought: oldspice b1g1 2.50x2 - 2.50 manuf coupon salmon 1.99 gift card $50 subtotal $54.49, base points 560 so I expect mine to be a glitch which will be rolled back, so you might want to make sure yours don't get rolled back when they try to fix it. I didn't want to post this glitch on the board and have people purposely be spending $1 and getting huge points all week. It's obviously not what Shoppers intended. Anyway, great shop, glad it all worked too!!
hi amira, just assisted and guided my DS while he made his first lasagna from scratch! ( there was enough to make two large pans ) The house smells so yummy right now. I convinced his Dad to stop doing all the cooking for the 2 of them because DS is supposed to be bearing the responsibility too, how will he learn if DH keeps doing it all for them both? So happy now, he will have no problem making this dish again.
aw you know i love to read about great deals even if it is in the SDM thread! Hope they do not force the 1 card per household rule, that does seem a bit too far.
