  1. Thanks for the rep Lynn. I order my kids clothes online but it's mostly through children's place and old navy or carter's oshkosh. And we all know that these are not knock off companies. Lol

    But thise chinese website..they sure make these dresses look so cute, so classy and so fancy... but whe something is made in china, especially these websites and clothes...it's always a big no-no. Lol

  2. I am trying to make a diet/exercise plan for myself these days. I dont want to be the one who eats 2000 or 2000+ calories a day. I would like it to be 1700-1800 calories a day plus the exercise (i try to burn at least 450-500 calories while running on treadmil).

    I bought an XS dress for myself a few days ago. Although i dont look bad in it, but there is some work to do to make it look better on me. My hubby doesnt want to see kardashian hips on me so i work hard about it. I want to loose atleast 2 inches from that area. Lol. If i dont keep an eye on my calorie intake and dont exercise.....i am right on my way to have a kardashian hips look. Disgust!

    I am very busy this semester. I dont spend too much time on SC at night when i am on my bed. Instead, i read my textbook at that time if i am feeling awake. And if i feel tired i spend a little time on SC and then sweet dreams.

  3. Lol. you and wob are almost like my mom because of how old you guys are. Lol. (Sorry for the joke. I am getting old too. I feel so violated when i realize that i am 32 now.

    I visited that diet thread and read your post. I dont think i have seen that points concept in your thread. I'll read it again later when i get free.

    It's right that i am not over weight but since my hubby likes to see me look like how i looked 5 yrs ago or so, i want to keep exercising. Its not only good for joints, body and myself, i feel happy too. Plus i forgot to mention in that thread that we always see how many calories/fat are there in whatever we are eating. For example, chocolates, pizza, lasagna, burger, fries, fast food, restaurant food etc. If we eat too many calories, we try to burn them.
    I dont remember the last time i had a burger with mayonnaise. Whenever we order fast food i ask them to NOT put mayo in my burger.
  4. Amira, you teensy thing!! LOL!!! You're like our DD who wants to feel "better" at size 8 or 10...sheesh!!
    I did post the WW diet for FREE...did you see it? The thing is, it's all still counting calories without actually having to count them, so any low calorie eating you can do would give you the same results.

  6. Oh thank God everything is okay. Whew! I am so happy for you, Lynn. It's a big relief for sure. Did you ask your doctor about the pain you were having during all those scanning tests?

  8. Oh, my gosh, Amira...you know me only too well! Shopping, handbags for my DD...yes, this is the fun time of the year. Thank you for your prayers; I know lots of women get called back but of course I've been researching on line (bad habit, I know) and localized pain isn't necessarily a good sign. I took Jenny for a walk, what an unbelievably gorgeous day here and it did me a world of good. Wish I had kept the car, I'd be out looking for more yarn or fabric to take my mind off things! LOL! My girlfriend just called and offered to come over and take me out, but it's fine, I've settled down a little (very little, but not as much panic)...time will tell and whatever it is, I'll deal with it. With my wonderful supportive Hubby...Take good care, Sweetheart...you're such a Dear...

    My prayers for you, Lynn. Reading your posts make me think that this crucial pain is a symptom of that problem but I will ask you to stay positive and think good until you get a final word from your doctor. And i hope that your doctor has a good news when he/she calls. Hugs for you, lots of them!

    How are you? And family? First of all, thank you for your encouraging words about me going back to studies. I am enjoying it so far. Definitely not wasting as much time as i used to do before getting the admission. Lol.

    I kept your advice in mind about spc card and i just ordered it online. By the way, i called my sdm and rcss and asked them if they offered any student discounts or not....so...what happened? They said no. they don't offer student discounts here.
    But atleast i can get discounts on a lot of other stores. That makes me happy. Lol

    And how's your leg now? And what about your daughter's foot? Hope both of you had a speedy recovery.

  13. A pain in your butt? I call those "proctological nuisances" !.. your little guy looks adorable...I could just pinch those cheeks! Aw, Hon....thus, too, shall pass...I'll call my surgeon in the morning; I just need to know what the heck's going on...but I also feel another surgery coming on...gah!

    I am so sorry for your pain. Wish i could take your pain away. Whenever i hear about someone's pain....i feel a streak of pain in my butt too. Lol. My husband thinks i am crazy but i am sure i am not. I really feel others pain in my butt. Lol.
  15. Making lasagna today using your recipe. Hopefully i'll do justice to the recipe.
    I am thinking about putting mushrooms, onions and red peppers in ground beef. I am not so sure about spinach part because we haven't eaten cooked spinach in like...... 5-10 yrs.
