As I am in the same situation I don't want to pay an arm and a leg to lawyers so I wanted a DIY way. I downloaded a sample separation agreement and filling in the details, and I will negotiate with her on its term, I think I am in the right track? what do you think? do you mind to share a bit more about the process of how exactly to go from separation agreement to filing in ON court?
