  1. Hey cyn - been crazy busy - not much time for couponing. I wasn't sure if your local Wal-Mart would price-match the coffee from Nations - might be worth a try. Have a great week and stay cool!
  2. arkie! I've been wondering where you were, it's been a while since I've seen a post from you. Thanks for the Lavazza tip -- Nations looks to be a bit too far north for me, but I'll keep it in mind if I'm in that area. Always, always, love knowing where the best coffee prices are...lol!
  3. Hey cyn - thought of you when I saw this flyer about Lavazza coffee - it's half the price of Wal-Mart.....page 1 on the right.... http://flyers.smartcanucks.ca/canada...-july-22-to-28
  4. I definitely think adults can get ADD - I think we get it from raising kids LOL!
  5. Hi again! Just a quick thanks for the computer hints -- I've done a few already, and will look into the rest later -- I'm always multitasking, (can adults get attention deficit disorder?!), so it may take daaays to pick away at my laptop. I think the whole thing is corrupted! grrr. lol! Have a great day!
  6. As for Excel, try selecting "Options" then "Save" and make sure that it is set to save as .xlsx format. IE -you could try this: Open the Run box and enter gpedit.msc - On the left pane, navigate to "Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Internet Explorer\ This loads a relatively large list of policies on the right pane. Look for Compatiblility view. Check the setting there. An alternate would be to perform a reset of IE - the instructions are at this link https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/923737
I completely get how you could get tired of posting all those flyers - if I got them before Thursday at noon I would take a turn to give you a break.
  7. Hi cyn - computers can be very frustrating so I feel your pain. If the video drivers are automatically updating, you could turn that off. If it happening through Windows Updates, change the settings for automatic updates to "notify me when available" instead of automatic. I always go to the Windows Update website and check for updates, then deselect the video drivers and/or anything else that I don't want before updating. If you're not having issues with your video it's not worth updating most times. The other thing you can do is uninstall the video drivers and re-install the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website - it could be something corrupted?
  8. Hi arkietech -- thanks for offering to help with my laptop display! I'm still muddling my way through it, but I think I've got some of it sorted out. Every time my video/graphics(?) driver updates, it messes up my screen. Right now, Excel and IE seem stuck in compatibility mode, and my tab fonts are TINY in some programs and okay in others -- no rhyme or reason. Oh well, I'm always multitasking, so I'll get to figuring out the rest at some point! Thanks, as always, for YOUR thanks on my flyer uploads -- I hit periods of feeling "meh" about them, so reading the "thanks" from people helps me fight off the "don't wanna post anymore" feeling. Cheers!
  9. You're more than welcome - all your hard work is so appreciated
Wishing you and your family a fantastic 2015!
