   If you are approved does CRA back pay you from the year the diagnoses was made or the year the doctor entered on the questionnaire?

   Well it looks like the questionnaire has been completed by the doctor and sent in. I wasn't able to be there for the appointment so I have no idea how it was completed. Guess all I can do is wait....

   Thanks for your help, the only thing is CRA has mailed it to the doctor. I just happened to call CRA for an update and they said a questionaire has been sent to the doctor.
