Dave, I sure hope I portrayed how wonderful things are - honestly, it's made a huge difference! Somehow we are blessed with a great triumvirate - an amazing city mayor (C), the provincial govn't (quasi-C), and of course the Big Man governing the country. Somehow, things have gone so much more smoothly, like all things have fallen into place.
If Wall were only bilingual, he'd make an awesome PM!

Couldn't rep you, so I'll leave a visitor note. Thanks for the info on Sask politics - you are fortunate to have good governance. I wish we could say the same here in Nova Scotia. I wouldn't wish an NDP government on my worst enemy.
