I had to actually e-mail them THREE times & each time I got the same girl named Elise, she wasn't very helpful (she just kept telling me they had other kinds available & to buy them - meaning I would lose out on coupons I already have because they weren't usable on anything other than Wonder+ Simply Free in the green bags) until I basically said her lack of customer service wasn't giving the company a great name - and then less than a week later the postage paid envelope was here. Give it maybe 3 days then e-mail again, and tell them it's not the first time they seem to respond a little quicker.

What I don't get is just in the summertime they had a Facebook coupon giveaway for their buns - and I couldn't find them in the store even then!

yup there used to be lots all the time and I wondered to if posting the location dried up the coupon source....I live right behind P.P in the Promenade Apts...although I am happy I am moving I really will miss the location of everything just being minutes away LOL
