That is true, it can becomes expensive. I'm glad you enjoy your card. Hopefully; You will be settled and start your life all over again at your new place. I don't know if I will be moving, but thought of waiting until the summer where it is warm and comfortable, then pack up when I'm ready. Anyway's stay warm and drink lots of fluids. I think taking vitamins; is an essential way to give what your body needs. In case; you may be missing some "highlights" from your food intakes.
Hope that helps! I highly recommended it instead of having to use other methods such as flu shot. It is your choice though.

Yes it went very good, I had a long walk for 2 1/2 hours, after the night out with me and my spouse.
Boy, Did it felt very good to lose the extra weight and calories. I got an email from PinkLady about some coupon she wants to trade with me and she told me to check her tradelist,if I want any. It is so funny, I print out so many coupons,request them by www.websaver.ca or www.save.ca. This is what I take advantage of the good offer when I going grocery shopping,bath and beauty products and much more. This is why I don't want extra junk unless if I needed some if I come across very little left.
One thing is cool,getting a coupon that involves an free product,then it can save you of having to buy the product. Some retailer would ask you to pay for GST such as Shopper's Drug Mart,Pet Smart and Superstore.
It is weird because if it say its "free"; that means "free" .We as consumers; shouldn't have to pay for that. It don't happen that way.
