She can try but I dont think it will work out very well in her favour. I gave her a letter to do repairs but she only did like 2 things on the list and handed me the eviction notice today. I will have to fight this.

Is your landlord legally allowed to give notice? I thought you put in some sort of paperwork that stopped her from being able to do that....
