I think you're right to contact head office. The person who's giving you a hard time is probably just misinterpreting the policy, it doesn't actually matter to them what you're paying for your stuff....

yup, sometimes the original is pretty misleading. the way i look at it is that 25-30% is the actual 'real' price of an item. that is the price you should consider to be the regular price. stores...
