Thanks for the rep!! Work is actually getting much better. We're back to full staff now and we're slowly getting caught up. It's nice to be able to spend a week-end not thinking about what you need to do the next week and worrying about how much you have to do for work over the week-end.... crap weather here. no let up in sight

i'll enjoy having the kitchen table back! she's been working on "stuff" all summer. we try to restrict her piles to one end of the table but it's like a lavaflow. there's just no stopping it. <rolls eyes>

i went down a little for the back track too but i think i will give it another class or too before going back up. i liked the abs track. that 'round the world' thing was a cool challenge!

Hey HG!! You were right!! I do like the new release.... the back track is funky, but do-able. I went down a little in weight for it, but I think I'll go back to 5 on each side next time.... I like the lunges... I hate the shoulders (but I never like them to start with anyway....) Overall, it's good!!!

the back/shoulder track was really different
biceps were hard.. lots of bottom halfs.. ouch!
triceps were good.. not hard and NO DIPS!
lunges were hard... why don't they ever get any easier?!!
