I agree, niether one is spoiled by any means, but they have everything they want or need. They understand that they get little treats here and there, that's why both mom and dad work. Plus it was a very nice afternoon out, just the two of us. She misses that now that she is back to school.

I'm sure she had a great time, I think it's good to show them at a young age about saving and they don't need to get something everytime, that it's the time spent together that is special.

Sounds like a fun afternoon. Me and my oldest whose 5 went on a mommy and me shopping day. She had fun, but didn't get alot for her, but was showing her how to save at a young age. It was a nice afternoon.
