I had a super weekend as DH and I got caught up on things around the house that needed to be done and we even got the yard stuff put away for winter.

I would say you had an awesome weekend then especially since you were at a Jay's game and they won. I was hoping for a win too even though I don't watch the games much I still root for them.

My w/end was busy, and stressful watching the Jays games, but thrilled we made it to the next level, and that I was there last night.

Well, the sky's cleared here. I put everything away too. I was hoping it would rain, but I guess it won't.

In Ontario here and even though it was 31 degrees here today it is calling for rain too. Looks like it may happen so I will have to put the patio cushions away.

It is always interesting to learn new facts. I never knew there were hypoallergenic and didn't shed. Having non shedding cats would good but at least they loved to be brushed. Havanese sounds much better then Velcro dog. DH has heard of Havanese as he used to breed and show Labs years ago.
Funny that royalty think that they are better than everyone else as I like to believe everyone is equal especially since money doesn't make you happy. It may make the world go round though. I'm quite happy being a commoner and using coupons!

That's an understatement. Even an hour a day isn't enough. Really the only down side to a Havanese. They're hypoallergenic, and don't shed. One of the 3 most intelligent breeds worldwide, and extremely loyal. They use to be called velcro dogs because they stuck so close to their owners. They were originally bred in Havana, but all were confiscated by French & Spanish royalty because of their intelligence. They were too smart for 'commoners'. Only available to us lowly folk for about 50 years, but are still hard to find, and expensive.
The perfect look for the breed is long, floor-length silky hair, so if you check out their images, you'll see some. Jake's ears & tail are like that, but his body is somewhat curly if not brushed often.
