Hello, Chive!! Oh, I tell you...of all the 3 dogs we've had since we were married, none of them has been as affectionate as this little Doxie. I can see why they're favourites of little old ladies, lol, although I didn't know that when I fell in love with her on Kijiji....but this little old lady is absolutely in love with her, too...!

I feel the same way about zoos - I don't think I'll ever go to one again - just too sad to see the poor animals living like that just so people can look at them - it is not far in so many ways - way too much cruelty in so many ways goes on........

Oh, Chives...you can never offend me, Hon...yes, there is a certain peace and there are times I absolutely know she's sharing one of our usual giggles when I'm shopping and I find something that would normally keep us in stitches for far too long...I miss her so much, shopping alone isn't as much fun and although my wonderful husband will take me and go with me anywhere and sit patiently and read or keep me company while I shop, it's still not the same. Would you believe I still, for a split second, want to reach for the phone to call her about something?
I'll be performing her memorial service in Toronto on Nov 6th for her family..maybe I'll be able to really say good-bye then and know she's gone..

oh wow madchives!! I love that instrument, whatever it is?? So I have no idea about the speeding CP vehicles, remember that I am inside working for my entire shift, barely come up for air!! ( lol) and never heard any reports of any of our guys doing over the speed limit?? Well, if any do that it is their own problem if they get a speeding ticket or other traffic violation, they gotta pay out of their own pocket.
