  1. I was never given a refund. They sent me a $50 voucher to hotels.com, but the only way to redeem it was to book the hotel and pay the full price up front, and then fill out the voucher will all my booking info and mail it to them. If they decided it was valid, they would mail me my refund. I never used it since it would force me to participate in a money exchange with them, and there was never any guarantee I would see the $50 either.
  2. Did you ever get your money back... I am in the middle with REDTAG complaint too, however have found they are required by LAW under the Travel Industry Act to give a refund. They are obligated to do so ............I'll gladly show you were that [email protected]
