click this and on the left you will see Avatar, Profile Pic Sig Everything is there press the one you want and upload a pic. If you want a web one just copy and paste if it is a real pic you have to upload a photo albulm first does that make sense?

I understand hectic You should tell me HOW to upload an avatar AND change my signature. Navigating this site gives me hives sometimes....I find new spots all the time!
