Not sure if this helps or not, but its really easy! Click USER CP (top left) Click EDIT YOUR DETAILS, under SETTINGS and OPTIONS click EDIT AVATAR, and just upload a picture from your computer, or find a direct image link (ending in .jpeg, .gif or .png) and copy and paste it under option 1. (Option 2 is to upload from your computer)
