lol.. no I'm portuguese!!! Actually its a self defence system thats very popular in the USA. There's a few clubs here in Ontario, and one of my friends runs the club I train and teach from. Got into it because its a good self defence and its fun and fast paced! Never boring like traditional marital arts!

lol.. busy at work for the past 3 months! Its been crazy. Then in the Month of June I bought a condo for investment purposes and all month spent cleaning it and getting it ready for renters! l love how you guys encourage one another! This is an awesome site to be on! I hope things go good for her and it does get resolved. At the club I taught at, this is all that I saw all the time and it made me mad that these teachers are paid, but do nothing to stop this. If it was their kids... they'd be on it super fast! Like I said, I saw this all the time at the club where the kids were coming in for self defence lessons because they were being picked on.... sad... just sat that a kid can't go to school and be safe.
