Hey hey, I talked to the doctor about it and he thinks my diet is on track but that my gout just flaired up. I told him all the foods I'm eating,etc and he said its all good stuff.

How you doing there. Yeah gout sucks. It was so bad tonight I was in the emergency room for 4 hours. They gave me the stuff for pain and something to control the gout. As for my computer, its a pc from dell. 15.6" laptop with a full hd screen,blu ray disc,6gb ram.
