  1. Thanks for seeing it from my perspective. I appreciate your kind words. I totally understand how these kind of things work and shouldn't have to deal with attacks from other members for simply voicing my opinion on a product that I dislike and will never use again. Whether or not I feel the company didn't do enough is my choice, and people felt like I wasn't allowed to say what I wanted. I'm glad the thread is now gone and people can just leave it at that! Thanks again!
  2. Nadia, I just wanted to say that reading your posts and following that thread, I completely understand what you're trying to say. You felt that the detergent was at fault for ruining your baby's clothes and you wanted to talk to the company to find out if they would compensate you for your loss. I don't have kids yet, but I get it.

    If I were in your situation, I'd want some answers too. Please don't feel like you have to get your back up and defend yourself, you were just stating your situation and what you planned to do about it. However the company choose to address your complaint is their call. And like bub said, there's a standard procedure for stuff like this.
