Hi! Just stopping by to say hello. Also to ask if you got your new Casino coupons? I didnt get any in my mail but a friend at work got some. they are like the ones from last year worth $25.00. Any good coupon finds? I havent seen much for coupons out (tear pads).

What is LD? Well I hardly shop on the east end .. mainly south. So if you see something let me know! I will do likewise. Safeway and Sobey's have been my main sources.

Most of my shash that I find local is from Coop or Sobeys. I dont see too many other that carry manu. coupons! I usually get heads up from other locals if they find a really good one(s) somewhere! I lucked out a while back because when the Stouffers booklets came out, out east I could not find them anywhere. Then One day I went to LD and they had some. i took about 8 of them!!! Good thing I did though. I went back the next day with my sister and they were cleaned out!

Yes! It is good to see somebody from Regina. Have you found any good coupons lately? It seems there arent many new ones out in the grocery stores. That new Walmart doesnt have any! So any tips on where to get the good ones is appreciated.
