Looks like it will be the MMMMM month for Mmmme... married, Montreal, Mexico won by a Member, all in the month of May..sounds magnifique and marvellous...

I know how that is when someone new starts and they think they can change everything to make it work perfectly... I had my car out yesterday andwe just got back from Costco. We saw a new sun shade with a speical roof that is not plastic but something that will not tear or wear out. We have had one on our deck for 3 years, and this summer will be the 4th. The canvas covering become brittle from the sun. A new canvas covering is over 100 dollara if you can find them.
I some times watch the races but I get dizzy.... lol Hope you are enjoying yourself

How are you doing!! I've just been uber busy with work the last couple of weeks..new manager that wants to re-invent the world..and we peons need to placate him for a while.. Nothin much else going on..other than about to take in the NASCAR race from Bristol on the boob tube in a few mins.. Have a great Sunday, and here's hopin for some nice sunny warm weather so you can get your little sports car our there and do some toolin around..

You were very close with your dad.. and moast fortunate. MY dad watched it on TV sometimes, but prefered golf and football. He and I would sit and listen to baseball on the radio.... when it wasn't on TV... I knew the Expose line up etc... and even tuallly I got to know several of them personally.... Have you taken your kids to any races?

I definitely did watch the Big American race with the TV and the laptop (listen to drivers radios and GPS animation from a particular driver in the race) This I inherited from my Dad, who took me to races every Friday (Speedway Park Hamilton or Cayuga) Saturday (Merrittville) and Sunday (Humberstone), even long past the time he should have been scaling the stands(had a degenerative disease that took the feeling in his legs).. Then once he became bedridden (not for not trying and scaring my Mom half to death) we would watch NASCAR on Sunday afternoons from his bedroom.. Keepin the spirit alive..

Yes I am one.... I ingheritied it from my dad... I try to go to sleep early anf lay there.... thpugh I am not usually on this site so late....
I am assuming you will be watching the Daytona 500 this afternoon? I get dizzy watch thecars go round especially whenn they turn nthe camera on in the car while the race is on....

I had to move my modem to the laundry room... I was getting headaches from it. We are wireless here except for my work computer...They will not let me have wireless..

Are you all settled into your new office?

The builder was Beaverbrook..the bedroom takes up about half the top floor while the other 3 bedrooms and washroom squeeze into the rest...

My bedroom is huge too... You aren't near me are you? My room extends the width of my home at the back.... and the ensuite... People ask me if I work in my pjs...

No finished basement here either..very large bedroom though, so that's where the office moved into.. It's working out okay so far..

I can't imagine..... You know I work from home and have for 7 years.... My home is large enough that I do not have to see anyone else that is home, however while working, I cannot stand noise....like a TV or .... My basement isn't finished yet.... and my family room is back to back with my office....So where pray tell are you placing your office? On the back deck or the washroom?

Working from home as per usual..try not going to the office much anymore.. Just a bit of a mess here as we re-arrange rooms etc.. to welcome back a daughter into the house after a divorce..so she gets the room I used as an office..All rooms are now full with two daughters and a mother-in-law..What fun...
