Hi Stephanie. My apologies for the slow reply - I'm back to work and haven't been on smartcanucks in a few months. I do remember, and your tribute was very sweet. I'm so sorry for your loss and I hope you're doing well.

Stephanie...I couldn't sit in the back yard throughout the summer...I'd take my glass of wine, my book out to the swing, settle down, look out onto the grass where she should have been and start crying. Every single time. The only times I could be there, for about 10 minutes, was with my hubby....it just broke my heart all over again, every time.

I wrote a tribute poem to our Tammy...would you want me to pm it to you?

I saw your video link on Lynn's page and watched it - oh, I'm so very sorry about Scooby. Your tribute is beautiful....

I'm not an easy crier, but that did it. I'm so sorry you lost your precious Scooby, Stephanie...What an old, dear soul he had...I have a photo of my angel Tammy on my home page here...we lost her last February to cancer. I didn't think I could ever get over the pain...you never really do, but it becomes easier to breathe.........Hugs, Lynn

Hi Stephanie,

Haven't been on here in awhile. Strange, but noticed your last response was November 11 & that was the day we lost our Jett. He had seizures most of his life & was on heavy medication to prevent them but occasionally he did have one or two, but they were not as violent as when he was younger. My husband & I miss him so much and even the 2 younger dogs we have still look for him.
