    Thanks for the vote of confidence and the rep, it is just that we do put up with so much negative talk and if most people admitted that many times as customers THEY themselves actually forgot a unit number or got that all important postal code wrong ( and believe me the wrong code on a parcel sends it to THAT wrong area first). I am speaking from first hand experience 35 yrs delivering, and when I have shown some customers that it was their own fault, they huff and puff anyway.

    The 4.50$ is causing a lot of problems at our store. To clarify, our Walmart has stated that we are not supposed to engage in overages because coupons, as all say, do not have any cash value....
