I always caution people about putting too much credence in what you read on survey police. It can be a helpful resource, but survey sites have also been known to manipulate the system by encouraging members to go vote for their program. I tend to, therefore, take more of my recommendations from people on forums I have come to trust.

thesurveystar i am very surprise about your commentary, everybody know that survey police is the best reference and the paid surveys world....it is the bible.......the only place you can trust......anyway, what you can read on forums and with my own experience : this list is 100% legit.......everybody know that pinecone, opinion outpost, survey head, gloal test market, hotspex.....are the best one..........honesty, customer service, what they paid per survey(pinecone 5$ per survey ...the best), funny(hotspex), legitimate............

You're post sounds so formal are you secretly working for those companies?
I think everyones expeciences with different companies varies.
Everyone raves about Pinecone but in my personal experience they ignored all my emails and obviosuly when they read one of my letters [and forwarded me my message with theirs] they didnt answer my question at all.
They seem to only want my info but whatever.
I'm not bothering with a company unless I feel I can trust it.. or take a chance.

hi hi hi no i am not working for them but i am a member of more than 40 panels and i am affiliate with 30 companies and i do paid surveys online for 7 years now ,,,,,,About pinecone for me they are the best in Canada..last monday i complete a survey for them and 48 hours i receive 5$ an my paypal account not bad i am with them since 2 years now and i never had a problem to be paid......about their customer service it is seem to me they have some problem recently in September i send an email 2 times to Karen Scott(the person in charge) she never answer my questions....so nothing is perfect.......no company are perfect i just give you a list of the best.....yes it is true everyones experiences with different companies varies but some panel are better that's it and sometime it is not because one person had or have a problem than the panel is bad.....you know you have the three and the forest.....but i respect your opinion and nobody have the true....

Survey Police has a forum also. Also on Survey Police you can read the complaints that people have filed against different the individual survey companies. I also know from personal experience if you have trouble collecting for surveys you completed, they will help you get paid....as long as your complaint is on the up & up.

I agree, it's a good site. But I think people just need to remember that it's not the only place out there to talk to others and learn more about surveys.

I don't think it's that exactly. A little digging on their site and you find this:
Welcome to www.surveypolice.com (“Web Site”) operated by Varsityplaza, LLC (“Varsityplaza”). By visiting the Web Site, you agree to these terms and conditions of use (“Terms of Use”) including the Privacy Policy which is incorporated herein. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, please do not use the Web Site.
And by looking into Varsityplaza you see they are the owners of Offerwise, an affiliate network that offers surveys. So yes a good site, but hard to claim given that information that they can be completely objective.Paid Surveys: www.thesurveystar.com
